are warranted against manufacturing defect. Only the best hardware and backing
material is used to assure long-lasting performance. Every item is carefully
inspected and approved before shipping. Any items found to be unsatisfactory can
be returned without a problem — with our sincere apology.

The on-site operations include manufacturing, forming, molding, precision
laser cutting, riveting and metal
shearing.

| AVAILABILITY |
Purchasing of materials from multiple sources helps to
prevent manufacturing delays due to slow material deliveries or supplier
labor problems. This insures prompt delivery of your items.

| DELIVERY |
Orders received before 12:00 noon [Central Time] can usually
be shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
Customized computer software can track your order and provide consistent and immediate up-dates on the status of your shipment.
Large shipments can be palletized and wrapped for additional
protection during shipment.
Special labeling, packaging requirements and Bills of Lading
can be produced according to your needs.

Warranty |
Our products have a
three month Limited Warranty against defects and will not to deteriorate,
discolor or delaminate.
Any new items to be returned must be received within 30 days of your
receiving your order. |
